How is my order shipped?
Domestic orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders ship USPS Priority Mail International.
How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated by USPS using the weight and destination of your order. We add a small handling fee since your order is packed with care by an actual human. You’ll have a chance to review all shipping and handling charges before finalizing your order.
How do I track my order?
We’ll send you a confirmation email when you place your order and another email when it ships. If your order ships via USPS Priority Mail, this email will include tracking information.
How long will it take to get my order?
We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible since we know you absolutely can’t wait to receive it! Once you place your order, you can expect it to ship within 1–3 days business days. Occasionally, circumstances might dictate a slightly longer period. After your order leaves our tender, caring hands, we estimate (though we cannot guarantee) 2 days for items sent via USPS Priority Mail and 1–5 days for orders sent via USPS First Class Mail.
Are there additional fees associated with international orders?
Many countries charge duty fees or value added taxes (VAT) on internationally purchased merchandise. You, the buyer, are responsible for covering any duties and taxes incurred, due upon the receipt of your order. Duties and taxes are usually charged if the value of your items is over a certain threshold. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their resident country’s fee thresholds and taxes surrounding the purchase of international goods. We are in no way responsible for VAT charges or duty fees.
When will my pre-order ship?
Please be aware that a pre-order item’s ship date is dependent upon the product’s release date, which is noted in the product description. Orders containing pre-ordered items will not ship until complete. If you don’t want to wait, please place two separate orders.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns for most items within seven days of receipt of shipment. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and make sure to include your order number.
To receive a full refund, items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging; CDs, vinyl, cassettes, and DVDs must be unopened; and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
What if an item is defective or damaged?
Please contact our customer service team to discuss replacement or refund options. Make sure to include the item name and order number in your message.
Are digital goods refundable?
Digital goods are not refundable. All digital sales are final.
